Placing an order with us is really easy but if you would like some help I have put a step by step guide for you to follow which will help you out.
How to add items to your shopping cart.
Add to the cart the item you would like to order by choosing the size, colour & quantity option and clicking the Add to Cart button. It will show at the top of the screen how many items and the value you have added to your shopping cart.
It will also give you a view cart button which if you click on will take you to your shopping cart, alternatively you can carry on shopping and adding lots more goodies to your cart.
How to amend your order.
If you choose to view your shopping cart you will be taken to the screen below, where you can delete any items by clicking the X to the left of each product line, you can also change the quantity, just ensure if you change any details you press the Update Cart button to amend your order.
How to use a Discount Code.
If you have a discount code you enter it in the Coupon code box & click apply coupon which will automatically add any discounts, if you have any queries please email Michelle at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01925 631831.
Choosing a delivery option.
You will be given a range of delivery options for the items you have chosen. You will normally be offered 2 options Free Local Collection or Delivery by Myhermes which is a 3-5 days delivery service.
Click the option you need, any delivery charge will automatically be added.
Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
Delivery details – existing customer
If you have ordered with us before you will be asked for your username/email address & password. You can click remember me if you would like your password remembered or if you have forgotten your password you can use the link.
Delivery details – New customer
If you haven’t placed an order with us before you will be asked for your name, address, email & contact telephone number.
Add any notes on the right hand-side about your order or special instructions for your delivery you would like passing on to the courier.
If you would like your order going to a different address you can tell us on this page.
Choosing Payment Options.
Scroll down the page from your delivery address and your order details will be confirmed again for you, its here you can choose to pay by cash if you are collecting your order or paypal.
If you don’t have a paypal account that is fine you do not have to set one up, by choosing this option it will let you pay by card without setting up an account.
Please ensure you tick the box that you have read the Terms & conditions which you can see by clicking on the link and then Place Order.
You will be taken to a screen that confirms your order and you will also receive an email confirming your order
