Areas we deliver to
Currently we only ship to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man although plans are being put in place for shipping to Europe, USA & Australia in 2017, so watch this space.
Who delivers our orders
Majority of our orders are delivered using the courier MyHermes , which is a 3-5 working day service. Although our smaller items such as cushion covers may be posted 1st class with Royal Mail.
All delivery charges are based on the total weight of the items ordered. For the UK Mainland & Northern Ireland delivery charges are as follows:

If you are ordering from the Channel Islands or the Scottish Highlands the delivery charges are:

Orders placed for delivery to Republic of Ireland are currently sent with UK Mail on a next day service & at the moment the charges for this area is £19.25, although this is being reviewed & we hope to have a better price from early 2017.
How do I know when my order has been despatched?
You will receive an email from Kool Kids Rooms to state your order has been despatched.
Plus if your parcel has been despatched with MyHermes because you have supplied us with your email address you will receive an email from them informing you that your parcel is on its way. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered.
What do I do if I have not received my parcel?
If you have not received your parcel 5 working days after you was informed by us that it has been despatched then please email me with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org
What should you do if in the unlikely event you aren’t happy with your order?
I am quite confident you will be happy with your order but if you find yourself in the position of wanting or needing to return something to us please contact us first either by email to email@example.com or call 01925 631831, so we can help you straight away with whatever your query is.
If you have changed your mind
All goods can be returned to us within 14 working days as long as they are unused & in the original packaging fit for re-sale. We cannot accept curtains back once the cords have been pulled, so please make sure they fit before starting to hang.

Include within the parcel your name & order number so we can identify it when it arrives back.
For obvious reasons we cannot accept back personalised or made to measure items.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the items have been received & checked you will receive a refund within 14 working days, although this is usually within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. This will be via the same format you paid.
You will be refunded the value of the item returned but not the delivery charge. You will also be responsible for the postage of the item back to us.
What if the item is outside the 14 days?
If you want to return an item & you have had it more than 14 working days, it is up to our discretion if we accept it back.
The item is faulty what do I do?
All faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded. Please contact us letting us know what the problem is & we will arrange the best solution for you.
